Brisingr | Christopher Paolini

This is the third book of the Inheritance quadrilogy, and it fleshes out a lot of  backstory and character arcs, along with having some shocking and surprising secrets/twists , and a shocking ending. The story starts where Eragon and Roran are about to storm Helgrind, kill the Ra'zac, and rescue Katrina. after coming back to the Varden, while Roran is assigned on missions against the Empire, Eragon and Saphira has to do many things, such as attend the coronation of the next Dwarf king, and fixing Isidar Mithrim. This book has many twists and surprises, each one more astounding than the others, and it is done in a way that makes sense, and makes you wonder if the author really did plan it all. This is a really well written series, and always makes you want to read more.
